Customer Terms of Use

The rules for using the customer app and collecting digital loyalty stamps.

Using the app

You may use the app to collect and view digital loyalty cards from participating businesses. You must use your own account or guest wallet and not interfere with QR sessions, cards or rewards.

Business rewards

Each participating business sets its own programme, reward, availability and redemption process. The business is responsible for providing its stated reward and may change or end a programme subject to applicable law.

Guest wallets and accounts

You can start as a guest. Registering later is intended to help protect and restore your wallet, but you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or withdraw features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product improvement.
