We use this information to provide and protect the app, maintain your wallet and cards, link a guest wallet when you register, prevent fraud, support you, meet legal obligations and improve the service.
Promotions and your choices
Push and SMS promotions are optional. We only enable them when you make the relevant choice; SMS requires a verified number. You can change preferences in the app at any time. Each SMS includes a STOP route.
Who receives information
The participating business connected to a loyalty card may receive information needed to run its programme, report activity and target an eligible, consented campaign. We also use carefully selected service providers for hosting, authentication, notifications and SMS.
How long we keep it
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. We will publish the detailed retention schedule before production launch.
Your rights
